The simpliest form of Internet Marketing is simply Affiliate Marketing. That is to say, you can make money off the internet EVEN if you do not have your own product, website, list etc.

I have mentioned in one of my articles that the wealth creation formula is Leverage. So likewise, the keyword to succeed in Affiliate Marketing is, leverage !

So How does leverage have to do with Affiliate Marketing ?

Build A List: The most important thing you always have to note is to build a list. Alot of people misunderstand that you need to have your own product to have a list. The question to ask is, if you have given so much time and effort to advertise and drive traffic to promote a particular product, would you want to do the same again when you need to promote a new product in the coming months ?

If you have build a successful list of 2000 subscribers in 6 months. When you wish to romote a new product, you can go back to your usual marketing method togenerate more customers and also simply send a recommendation to your 2000 subscribers of which, they are already potential buyers. This is call, recycling your list and you are leveraging your efforts which you have done for the first product.

Endless Traffic: Why do you advertise ? Because you want to bring interested people to your page. Because you bring them to our site, it also means you have a chance of making a sale. As such, the law of averages applies. If your conversion rate is 30%, you will make 3 sale for every 10 person who visited your site.

Now, you can leverage on getting endless traffic on sources like ezines, email advertisment, forums etc. You see, the medium is already there for you. These are the place people will go to either to read up an article or participate in a forum discussion. Your ad/link is there for as long as the medium is there. Therefore, you are leveraging on mediums that is already well known and visted by many, thereby increasing your chance of free traffic.

There are other ways of getting endless source of Free Traffic from the web. You heard it right, free traffic if you are work on a budget.

Joint Venture: Now, you have endless traffic to your site, which continues to build your list. Once you have a decent list, you can even seek to ask for joint venture with other people or gurus of your niche market. So now, you use your list to "exchange" their list, in one way, its leveraging on his efforts in the past and he is leveraging your effort. One way or the other, both of you win in the trade off.

The good thing is, now you have new subscribers from his list after you made a new sale. That means that you now have a bigger customer base and not only did you earn a decent amount from your last Joint Venture, you hve just give yourself a bigger chance of a bigger pay cheque in your next product !

A good leader is normally driven by his vision. Though unclear, he sees an end state of his vision. A leader will therefore act on his belief to make this vision a reality, taking every opportunity present and whatever works to convince others to buy into his vision.

The ability to visualize a possible future state for an organization has always been an important component of successful leadership. Leaders who do not have a vision do not have a mission. Since they do not know where they will be heading, they certainly cannot see the exciting possibilities a vision can engulf.

Without a vision, leaders have nothing to hang on to in terms of motivation and belief when they are presented with pressure and doubts from the people around them. How can they lead if they themselves are doubtful of their own purpose?

A leader with a strong vision has the strength to overcome any difficult situation presented to him. With a clear vision, a leader can create a picture of the future, therefore allowing him to priorities what needs to be done to realize the end result.

As stated, vision is an end state. It is where the leader wants to go and brings those who believes in him along. If the vision is weak, the leader is weak and if the leader is weak, there is no way he can get his followers to follow him. Without followers, there are certainly no leaders. In another words, a vision sets the path of a leader’s success.

I know this is a bit long winded but I do hope it presents a clear idea how important vision is. So, if you are building your own organisation, team.. have you tied a vision of your success in you mind ? If not.. I think its time that you do..

Sometimes, it makes me really wonder how long this recession is going to last. Not the very least, I've seen many of my friends "downgrade" their lifestyle. Some of them was even worried that they might lose their jobs.

I've just recently quit my 15k a month job to go full time into home business. Nope, I am not kidding you. Those who was working with me was very shocked and puzzled. They were asking questions like "why did you do that?" or "the economy s gloomy right now, do you think its the right time to start your own business?"

I guess its common because that is the only thing we were taught when we were young. From the day we were born into this world, we were taught to get good grades and study hard so that when we grew up, we can get a good job and be set for life. In other words, from the start, we were taught to "work for somebody" !

Despite the greatest wealth we want or dreams we have, most of us never achieve that feat. Then again, not everybody is cut out to "work for themselves" or start a business. Some are really great workers, like my ex ex boss. He works from 8am all the way to 2am at night ! Some says he is a crazy worker, but in fact, he is such an efficiency and responsible guy that some of the work he is doing is in fact, his collegue's, who seek his help.. Imagine how the company is leveraging profit off this 1 man's effort... the good thing is, he enjoys what he is doing.. so.. thats the most important thing..

However, the problem which I am uncomfortable is, if he got fired.. which is unlikely, or the worst case senerio, the company falls.. all his previous effort will be wasted and his capability as a super worker will go down the drain and he needs to start anew.

In fact, starting a home based business is easy. You can do it in your free time while keeping a job. That way, when things really went wrong, at least you still have a back up plan or a steady stream of income coming in while you are looking for a new job. The bonus is, if you are hating your job and cannot quit during this recession, having a home based business might be the ultimate solution. Who knows, you migt even, like me, quit your job in the recession and go full time with it ! Not only do you enjoy your freedom, you will no longer be wary of a recession or any retrenchment, stress, project dateline etc..

Starting a home base business is easy. There are many mediums to go through. There is Network Marketing, which can help you build residual income for life. There is Affiliate Marketing, which you can make a 2 months pay in just 2 days. In fact, Affiliate Marketing is so easy that anyone can just get started.. given the right guidance.. it is almost a sin to fail..
