A Time To Reflect On Yourself

Have you heard of the big buzz about Randy Schroeder, one of the top marketers in the network marketing industry leaving Agel (a company which he said he would never leave), and joining Monavie ? With Randy going to a new company, there is bound to be lots and lots of changes involving these 2 companies.

I am going to be rather crude and sarcastic in my following comments on this issue, so, if you cannot take sarcasm, pls do not take a step further..

With Randy leaving, there is bound to be people who will join Randy in his new company Monavie. People who was with Randy when they were in Agel or even people from other network marketing companies who looked up to Randy. For the people leaving, ask yourself this question; in your career as a network marketer, are you a leader or a follower? To be successful in network marketing, one have to be a leader. That is why Randy is so successful and you are not.

If Randy leaves Monavie in the near future, are you going to folowing Randy to another new company? No doubt Randy is a good leader who shares his knowledge with his people, but don't you think you are living in other people's limelight and not have one of your own ?

Why join network marketing in the first place when you cannot even see yourself as a leader in the future? Why join network marketing when you do not even know why you joined ? If you knew what you want and why you joined a certain company, its because you knew and see yourself being successful and not put your faith in other people's views.

No doubt Gurus will bring about knowledge and experience, but it is really your life and career that is on the line. Do you think they will fork out to compensate you when you fail ? Or maybe even give you a bit of sympathy when you fail ? No! Like I say, To succeed or fail, its really up to you, as Gurus are only there to guide and share knowledge with you, but wether you do it or not, again, its really up to you.

Successful network marketers are entreprenuers. Like Internet Marketing, Traditional Business CEOs, the one who earn and succeed are leaders. You have to see yourself as a leader and tap the knowledge the Gurus share and put them into action. For the people in Agel, Randy once shared his knowledge with you, so make full use of what he taught and create your own success stories. In that way, you can truely become a leader and help empower others to follow your footsteps.

If you choose to keep following others, then you would forever be a follower who never see yourself a a leader.

As for the people in Monavie, this is a rare opportunity for you to learn from Randy, tap on his experience and knowledge and bring your career to new heights..
